Letter of Enrollment

Letters of Enrollment are for students who need to have letters of enrollment proof for insurance purposes.   Please complete and submit the form below so that we can ensure the information is correct for you.   Please allow 48 hours for the letter of enrollment to be certified and sent out to you.

FAVE students will email our administration at fave@fultonschools.org to process their Letter of Enrollment.
