Work Permit

Only students under the age of 16 are required to have a work permit.  The application process is done online at the GA Department of Labor Website. 

Please allow 48 hours for the certificate to be produced.

Students enrolled at FAVE may email Mrs. Brooks at brookslg@fultonschools.org  to submit their MSK number (minor security key).  You will receive an email with a link to an online copy of the final work permit.
