Withdrawals

Not Returning to FAVE? If your family is not planning on attending FAVE next school year, please ensure to fill out the withdrawal form as soon as possible and follow the steps with your new school to register for next year. There is a question on this form that asks for the last day of enrollment at our school. Please enter "I will withdrawal at the end of the school year and will be attending a new school next year".
